Monetary

This could be in the form of a one time gift, a monthly gift, planned giving, wills, gift annuities. Obviously the care provided to those in great need costs money. According to the Army's most recent annual report, more than $.80 of each dollar spent by The Salvation Army is used to fund direct services for people.

Volunteer

One of the most valuable gifts a person can offer is their time.  Donations of time and talents along with a servant's heart produce amazing results.  Volunteer support helps us ensure that more of each dollar donated is directed to services for people.

Donation of Goods

Clothing, furniture, electronics, cars, boats & household goods. Money raised from the sale of these items directly support our Adult Rehabilitation Program. Your donated goods are sold in our Thrift Stores.  You can even write off the value of these donations on your taxes!

Shopping

YES! SHOPPING!  By shopping in our Thrift Stores all over the valley, you are directly supporting The Salvation Army! Are you looking for a silver tea pot? Or a crystal vase or maybe even a couch? Our thrift stores carry these things because someone donated them.

Non-Perishable Food Items

Everyday we are helping families in need with our food pantry. You can help make sure one less person goes to bed hungry by donating canned, boxed and bagged food items to our pantry.

Please bring these items to one of our Family Services locations
